Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility
Physical Products:
You may return damaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Digital Products (e-Books):
Due to the nature of digital downloads, e-books are non-refundable once the download link has been sent.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund/exchange, physical products must be:
-Damaged and Broken
-In their original packaging, with all tags/inserts attached
-Unused, unwashed, and free from damage or odors
-Accompanied by your original order number or packing slip
3. Non-Returnable Items
-Final-sale items (marked “Clearance” or “Final Sale”)
-Personalized or custom-printed products
-Any product past the 30-day return window
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Us within 30 days for exchange, and 7 days for return:

with your name, order number, and reason for return.
Approval & Instructions:
We’ll reply within 1–2 business days (OR ASAP) with your Return Authorization (RA) number and the supplier’s return address.
Ship Your Item:
Pack the item securely, include the RA number on the outside, and ship via a trackable service.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective (see below).
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with the wrong item, please:
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
6. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you paid shipping on your original order, that cost is non-refundable (unless item was defective).
7. Exchanges
To exchange for a different size/color, please follow the return process above and then place a new order.
If you’d like us to reserve stock for your exchange, let us know in your initial return request. This Exchange Shipping will be paid by you the customer.

Store-paid: Returns for damaged and broken items.
